FREE workshop – Contract law; rules, risks and resolutions

Laura Pearce and Jigna Varsani, two of JFH Law’s specialists in contract law, delivered the workshop Contract law; rules, risks and resolutions, in association with Building Legacies. This talk took place on the 23rd of January at the Good Hotel London, Western Gateway, E16 1FA London.
Having in place the resources to form a good contractual relationship from the start will save you time and money later down the line. This workshop explained when a contract is formed and when it can be terminated. Laura and Jigna also gave you an understanding of the processes should things go wrong, including litigation, the compensation might be awarded and the costs of going to court.
