Personal Experience
Laura Pearce is a senior solicitor at JFH Law advising businesses, dental practices, individuals and dentists on a wide range of matters, including employment law, HR issues, contracts, consumer and commercial disputes, professional disciplinary and regulatory including CQC inspections.
Laura offers advice and assistance at all stages of a dispute. Whether you have initial concerns and queries or need advice on procedures or merits. She can provide practical solutions to resolve or deal with your problem, including help negotiating resolutions. If the situation cannot be resolved she can help with any pre-action stages through to litigation in the Tribunals and Courts.
Laura can advise on and draft various documents, such as contracts of employment and associate contracts, post-termination restrictions, supplier contracts and terms of business, disciplinary and grievance letters and procedures, other policy documents, Settlement Agreements (formerly Compromise Agreements) and Specialist List Applications.
Finally, Laura has experience in providing training on a range of topics to various audiences.

Carillion Services Ltd (in compulsory liquidation) v Benson EA-2021-00269-BA – successfully represented a number of Claimants in the Employment Appeal Tribunal in relation to an appeal being pursued by the Respondent, against a finding by the employment tribunal that there were no specialist circumstances rendering it not reasonable practicable to consult on redundancies.
