You may have an insurance policy which offers legal assistance, and if so, you should be aware that you are free to choose your own lawyer, rather than use the insurer’s ‘panel solicitors’.

We have the ability to enter into damages-based agreements with clients.

Work will be done on your case for no charge. However, if you are successful, we will receive an agreed percentage of any damages that are awarded. If you are unsuccessful, you will not pay any legal fees to us, but may still be liable for expenses and your opponent’s legal fees.
