Understanding changes to the 5 key questions
At the heart of every inspection undertaken by the CQC are the five key questions. These questions help the CQC regulate dental services. In this talk we looked at why these changes have been implemented, explained what the 5 key questions are and considered how your practice could meet these requirements.
We’re pleased to say that the talk received fantastic feedback from attendees, who felt better informed and more confident in dealing with the CQC by the end.
